Synopsis:
One of the benefits of belonging to a Professional Association is getting to know other members through the sharing of our role and responsibilities at work. So taking that concept a little further, another benefit would also be the sharing of best practices as a CPA or CMA in the practice of accounting and finance. Your fellow chapter member speakers will discuss key software and technology solutions utilized at their organizations which include small business, public accounting firm, non-profit organization, and public company. They will go into the capabilities of the technologies and how they use them at their organization. In addition, they will share best practices for implementing efficient processes. Together they will provide examples of how they have used them in the past resulting in successful projects, events, etc.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify key software and technology solutions in their industry that can provide value to their organization
- Implement best practices in current and new technologies at their organization
- Design new policies and procedures at their organization based on implementing new technologies and best practices.
