Synopsis: Stephen will focus on Creative Curiosity with Financial Planning and Analysis, providing an overview of certifications- FP&A professional designation (certificate) VS IMA’s CSCA Certificate. Followed by a discussion on the genesis of the rise of the FP&A focus & awareness? (CMA’s have always focused on analytics) -So why now? So how does this relate to KPI’s, CSF’s and the elusive “Dashboards”? Where do we start? Add Curiosity to this and you have a very interesting talk!
