Sid Banerjee, Founder and Vice Chairman, Clarabridge

1 hour CPE- Field of Study : Communications and Marketing

Speaking topic/Overview:

The COVID-19 pandemic has created seismic shifts in human interactions at the social, corporate, and employee level across enterprises worldwide. Understanding your customers’ wants, needs, behaviors, and emotions is critical during a crisis – and this means that companies must shift their approach to how they listen to, empathize with, and act on customer feedback. How well customers feel understood and supported by brands will make a lasting impression. Those companies that shift behavior, adopt an outside-in perspective, and adapt are poised to strengthen their bond, while those who don’t set themselves up for risk as the magnitude of these events wane. Clarabridge will provide an overview of the changes occurring, and outline how companies can better listen, understand, and evolve and adapt to customers changing needs.

Other notable facts and figures from the past year include:

  • 25 of the Fortune 100 companies are Clarabridge customers;
  • 7 of the top 10 health insurance companies in the United States are Clarabridge customers;
  • 38 financial institutions use Clarabridge for reductions in complaints and compliance risk, improvements in digital experience and market research;
