Organizations create additional value through diverse teams.  The hiring process can be a critical time to identify what a candidate can bring to your team.  Organizations need to transition from a method of finding the right “fit” with its culture to identifying where a candidate can “add” new elements that can improve the culture. Identifying the right questions and tools can aid that process transformation.

Cultural Add Learning Objectives:

1)    Explain the benefits of adding diverse team members to enhance your organization’s culture
2)    Recognize the importance of the organization’s values in the hiring process
3)    Describe the difference between “Culture Fit” and “Culture Add”

Getting the Job Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn about Deloitte and what professional services we offer to clients.
  2. How to effectively network in a virtual environment.
  3. How to effectively interview in a virtual environment.
