Learning Objectives:

Speaker Bio:
Lauryn Mattison - My name is Lauryn Mattison, and I am a Campus Recruiting Specialist at the Deloitte Delivery Center. I started my career with Deloitte two years ago as an Audit & Assurance Delivery Assistant in Gilbert, Arizona. Recently, I transitioned roles into the Audit Campus Recruiter, continuing to work with, and recruit for, my same team at the Delivery Center. Prior to working at Deloitte, I graduated from the University of Arizona with my degree in Accounting. In addition to completing my degree, I was also on the Women’s Gymnastics team at the University of Arizona, where I competed both floor and vault for my team. I am extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals and in finding the right opportunities for students I work with. I look forward to connecting with you all soon!

Speaker 2 - Fedora Hunsake

Topic: Career Development

Bio: Fedora Hunsaker has just reached 6 years with Vanguard! She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where she is working towards her MBA. She is a first-gen graduate, and an army mother with her oldest son deployed overseas for the Ukraine support. Fedora began her career in Real Estate Sales as an Associate Broker and then continued into the mortgage industry where she took an interest in personal finance and investments. Fedora received securities licenses in Series 7, 63, and 66 and transitioned to Human Resources due to her enjoyment of working with people and taking an interest in DEI. Currently, she serves as the Arizona contact for the Emerging Talent and Diversity Recruiting Strategy Team as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst. She has been in this role for over 6 months. Outside of work, Fedora enjoys time with family, visiting with her grandmother on the Navajo Nation, and enjoys exploring the outdoors in her adventure van or the Yeti Yo (her SUV), and always on the lookout for sasquatch.
